By scheduling a reading with Dendraletheia, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

Dendraletheia does not represent professional or accredited legal, medical, psychology, or financial services; by agreeing to these terms you explicitly acknowledge that no astrological reading can predict, forecast, diagnose, or provide information with absolute certainty. Readings, consultations, and any information, guidance, or advice therefrom is for the purposes of entertainment.

Cancellations, lateness, and no-shows

All readings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to a reading for refund of payment. No payments already received by Dendraletheia will be returned if late or absent to a reading without advance notice.

Payment Policy

1. All payments are to be made through e-transfer through Stripe or PayPal.

2. Refunds will be honored if the reading is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled reading.

3. All payments received after services are 100% non-refundable.

4. If, at any point in time during your reading, or after, you feel that the code of ethical conduct enumerated below was breached by the astrologer, you are entitled and encouraged to request a full refund, to be provided within 30 days from the date of service.

Privacy

By sharing your birth information with the astrologer, you explicitly consent to their use of your natal data for three purposes only:

• For the astrologer to provide astrological services to you and in the context for which you’ve expressed interest for them (meaning, if you have asked for guidance regarding relationships, the astrologer won’t utilize your information to relay information about your financial topics without being asked or unless it is directly correlated).

• For the astrologer to save your information for future reference in consultations with you.

• For the astrologer to save your information for their own private study and research.

The use of your birth information for any other purpose, anonymized or not (e.g. for study with others, as reference in written or presented information as a use case, etc.) will require your explicit and written consent – of which, you are always welcome to rescind.

Code of Ethics

Existing frameworks of ethics principles for astrologers are available online. I defer to the ethical guidelines established by the Organization for Professional Astrology (OPA): https://opaastrology.org/about-opa/code-of-ethics/.

Dendraletheia is particularly committed to the following ethical principles and aims:

1. To respect, support, and empower the agency of the client in all areas of their life.

2. To respect the client’s knowledge and awareness of self and provide validation and sensitivity to their identity, social experiences, emotional needs, and abilities. This includes the client’s spirituality or aspirituality, as well.

3. To be open and honest communicative about skills and techniques knowledge and not knowledge of and to defer clients to other practitioners with subject matter expertise when appropriate.

4. To be communicative when expressing the personal philosophical or spiritual beliefs of the astrologer which are not intended to be representative of the wide variety of beliefs, systems, and traditions of astrological practice.

Follow-up questions are deeply appreciated and strongly encouraged. If at any time you would like more clarity on any topic covered during a reading, or if you’re interested in looking into a specific question or topic that isn’t as comprehensive as a full 60 minute reading, feel free to reach out at any time without hesitation about cost, etc.
